Prior to founding the Turnstone Group, Høegh-Krohn served as the CEO of Argentum between 2006 and 2022. He also served as chair of Argentum’s investment committee and was involved in every secondary-, primary- and single asset investment decision in the period.

Høegh-Krohn was previously CEO of DNB Asset Management and has served on the board of a number of Norwegian financial institutions. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and holds a PhD in Finance from the same institution.

Prior to co-founding Turnstone, Rygg worked at Argentum for 16 years between 2007 and 2022 where he served as Investment Director and Head of Secondary Investments. He has been involved in every secondary decision since formation of Argentum’s secondary strategy in 2009, and has further been involved in the screening and execution of numerous primary- and single asset investments.

Previously, Rygg was an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs International in London and holds a MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Prior to co-founding Turnstone, Fredriksen worked at Argentum for 15 years between 2008 and 2022 where he served as Investment Director and Head of Concentrated Investments. He held a number of board positions in portfolio companies and was involved in all co-investments and concentrated/single asset investments since the formation of the strategy in 2012.

His prior experience includes roles with DNB Asset Management, Vital and BKK. Fredriksen holds an MSc from both NTNU and NHH.

Prior to co-founding Turnstone, Vikøyr worked at Argentum for more than six years between 2016 and 2022. He served as Investment Manager and coordinated the sourcing, screening and execution of numerous investments across primary-, secondary- and single asset investments during his tenure.

Vikøyr has served on the advisory boards of fund managers across UK, Germany, Benelux and the Nordics. He holds an MSc from NHH.

Prior to co-founding Turnstone, Knudsen worked at Argentum for more than four years between 2018 and 2022. She served as Senior Investment Associate and has been involved in the screening and execution of numerous investments across secondary-, primary- and single asset investments during her tenure.

She has also served on the advisory boards of UK and German fund managers. Knudsen holds a MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Prior to co-founding Turnstone, Finsrud worked at Argentum for more than two years between 2020 and 2022. Finsrud served as Investment Associate, working in-depth on valuations, modelling and process best practice.

He has further been involved in the screening and execution of numerous investments during his tenure. Finsrud holds an MSc from NHH.

Prior to joining Turnstone in 2023, Syltøy held various roles at Optimum Alternative Investments since 2014, including positions in controlling, investor relations, and ultimately serving as CEO with responsibility for portfolio management.

Syltøy holds a MSc in Business with a Major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School (BI).

Prior to joining Turnstone in 2023, Uhre worked as Compliance Manager in Optimum Alternative Investments since 2017. He also has experience from Solsten AS (mutual funds) where he acted as CEO between 2012 and 2016.

Prior to that, Uhre worked as Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager in Orkla ASA between 1985 and 2012, including Head of Orkla ASA (Swiss Branch). Uhre holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Prior to joining Turnstone in 2024, Halleland served as a Financial Controller at Wahl Eiendom since 2022. Prior to that, he worked at PwC as an auditor for SMB clients between 2019 and 2022.

Halleland holds a MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is a state authorized auditor and a state authorized accountant.

Prior to joining Turnstone in 2024, Bratsberg has mainly been working in Real Estate as Marketing Manager in Promenaden Management and in Carucel Eiendom.

Previously she has also worked as PA in Søylen Eiendom and Project Manager in Leo Burnett. Bratsberg holds a BSc in Marketing and Communications from BI Norwegian Business School (BI).
